Adrine Santos
I am proud to introduce myself, Adrine Santos, the Director and Principal Consultant at AJ Community Consulting. With 25 years of experience in both non-profit and government sectors, I have honed my expertise in service and business development through leadership roles at organizations such as Community Migrant Resource Centre and Settlement Services International.
My qualifications include a Master of Social Work and TAFE trainer certification, and I have a proven track record of success in grant and tender writing, project proposal development, and quality training delivery. Working with local and state government and NSW Health Services has provided me with an in-depth understanding of the community service industry. At AJ Community Consulting, our priority is serving the needs of the community and helping organizations achieve their goals. My team and I are passionate about supporting your success and are ready to assist you in any way we can.
Jonathan Nanlohy
Jonathan Nanlohy (Principal Consultant)
AJ Community Consulting is proud to introduce our Principal Consultant, Jonathan Nanlohy. With 30 years of experience in the non-profit and government sectors, Jonathan is an expert in community development, engagement, and capacity building. He has a strong background in social policy and planning, project management, and sector development, and is a skilled Community Projects Coordinator and Manager.
Jonathan has a proven track record of effectively managing teams, coordinating programs, writing grants and tenders, and developing and implementing policies and practices to improve service delivery. He has a passion for driving positive change and advocating for local populations, and has excelled in working with diverse communities, including refugees and CALD groups.
